Quality Improvement Project

This was a supplemental project that I completed throughout my internship with LaiYih. I had the opportunity to fill out three ERC Reports (an Adidas-recommended method to assess kaizen practices) and report my findings to the Product Quality team and branch management. The three models reported with suggested improvements were the adidas Samba OG (Winner of the 2023 Footwear News Shoe of the Year,) the Adizero Ubersonic 4.1 tennis shoe, and the D.O.N. Issue 5 basketball shoe. Between online product reviews and manufacturing quality assessments, these suggestions reduced workforce and costs while improving sustainability, efficiency, and quality.
